Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 2, 2026
Pixibase ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users, paying special attention to the protection of children. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you and your children use the Learn Numbers 123 - Countingmobile application (the "App").
We strictly adhere to global child privacy laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States and the General Data Protection Regulation for Kids (GDPR-K) in the European Union.
By downloading and allowing your child to use the App, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.
1Information We DO NOT Collect
Because this App is designed for young children, we operate under a policy of strict data minimization. We want to be transparent about what we DO NOT do:
- No Personal Information: We do not ask for, collect, or store any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as names, email addresses, physical addresses, or phone numbers.
- No Account Creation: The App does not require user registration, logins, or social media linking.
- No Microphone or Camera Access: The App does not request, access, or use your device's microphone, camera, or photo gallery.
- No Precise Location Tracking: We do not track your precise GPS coordinates.
- No Crashlytics Data: We do not use third-party crash reporting tools (like Firebase Crashlytics) that harvest deep device state data.
2Local Storage & Game Progress
All game progress, including cleared levels, collected toy awards, and settings, is saved strictly locally on your mobile device. We do not sync, upload, or backup this data to our servers or any cloud database.
3Third-Party Services & SDKs
To keep the App free and to understand general usage trends, we integrate strictly vetted third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs). These providers are restricted from collecting personal profiles of children.
A. Advertisements (Google AdMob)
The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. Because this App is enrolled in Google Play's Designed for Families program, AdMob is strictly configured to only display contextual, kid-safe advertisements. AdMob does not use personalized tracking, behavioral profiling, or remarketing in this App. They may collect an anonymous device identifier strictly for standard operations (like frequency capping so a child doesn't see the same ad too many times) as permitted by COPPA.
Read Google AdMob Privacy PolicyB. Analytics (Unity Analytics)
We use Unity Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated telemetry data (e.g., how many times a level is played, successful counting actions). This data cannot be traced back to an individual child and is used solely to improve the app's educational flow and difficulty curve.
Read Unity Privacy Policy4Data Deletion and User Rights
Because all specific user data (game progress) is completely local to your device, and we do not maintain user accounts or personal profiles on our servers, you have complete control over your data.
To completely delete all data associated with the App, simply uninstall the Appfrom your device or clear the App's data cache in your device's system settings. No further action or deletion request to Pixibase is required.
5Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Should we make any material changes in how we collect or manage child-related data, we will prominently post the updated policy within the App or on this webpage.
